From there, we advise the applicable research fee, if any & once paid, we start on your research options.  We then put together a personalized plan and present it to you. Once you're happy with the plan, we handle all the bookings and logistics. The whole process is designed to be easy and stress-free for you.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for most bookings. This allows you to spread the cost of your trip over time rather than paying everything upfront. Payment plans are available for individual trips, group travel, destination weddings, and honeymoons. We'll work with you to find a payment schedule that fits comfortably within your budget.

 Your initial consultation is completely free and comes with no obligation. It's simply a conversation to understand what you're looking for and explore whether we're a good fit to help plan your trip. There's no pressure — just helpful guidance.  But depending on what your needs are, there may be a nonrefundable research fee required in order to proceed. Once paid, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary, in which you can proceed with booking or use that information to book it directly.

Absolutely. Group travel is one of our specialties. We work with each traveler individually to manage their booking, offer payment plan options, and ensure everyone's preferences are considered. Whether your group is 6 people or 60, we handle the coordination so you don't have to chase anyone down for payments or preferences.

Yes & we love destination weddings. We handle the travel logistics for destination weddings, including guest bookings, flight coordination, and resort arrangements. The room rates are competitive and airport transfers in major destinations are included. All of this without the fear of contractual commitment to be legally liable for unsold rooms.  We also customize qualifying perks around what you want and as an automatic perk for booking with us, we give you free access to GuestBoard.co for guest communication.  You can use it as ground zero for all things for your wedding, from communicating with your bridal party, to picture walls.  Guestboard can even be used to livestream your ceremony to your friends & family, who were unable to attend.

Every trip we plan is customized. We don't use templates or one-size-fits-all packages. Your itinerary is built from the ground up based on your interests, travel style, budget, and timeline. Want a mix of relaxation and adventure? A specific type of resort? Activities for kids and adults? We design around exactly what you want.

Life happens, and we understand that. If your plans need to change, we'll work with you to adjust bookings, explore rebooking options, and navigate any changes as smoothly as possible. 

Yes ^ there is a per person booking fee. We handle flight bookings, seat selections, and ongoing flight monitoring. If there's a delay or cancellation before you travel, we work proactively to get you rebooked — often before you even realize there's an issue. Your flights are organized and tracked from departure to return.

However, for domestic flights or flights for both North & South America, we aren't able to offer you better rates than you can find on your own.  We may be able to offer competitive rates for elsewhere & have competitive rates for premium economy, business class & first class.  We also offer private jets and charter.
